Return Policy


We invoice at the item price in effect at the time of order. Freight will be billed on the invoice F.O.B. Fort Lauderdale, and Jacksonville Florida. Drop shipments may be F.O.B. origin at the manufacturer's facility. Prices are subject to change without notice.


East Coast Custom Carts stands behind all the parts we sell. Our parts are guaranteed from manufacturing defects based on the OEM specification for a period of one year from the date of purchase. (Rebuilt parts generally have a 90-day to 1 year warranty depending on product). Any costs due to installation, service calls, personal and material harm and or other alleged damages will not be the liability of East Coast Custom Carts, Inc. All returned Electrical parts are subject to inspection, any misuse not recommended buy manufacture or due to improper installation are subject to voided warranty and/or of any refund. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is no guarantee of Credit.

Returns Credit (14 Day)

Products are returnable with pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, Within 14 days of receipt of item/s. Special order items are considered final sale, NO refunds on special orders unless fault is due to East Coast Custom Carts error. If goods are damaged by shipping company you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged shipment to make claim. Only returns with authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving in not it will be refused and returned to sender. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return orders need to be to determine if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact our sales team. Returns after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Orders

Any item(s) ordered that not listed in our catalog or e-commerce site, are determined as Special Order. All special order items are NOT RETURNABLE. Other no-returnable items are aerosol cans, hardware, manuals, custom products and batteries.

Back Orders and Cancelations

All backorders will be shipped automatically once they arrive unless otherwise noted. Backorders can be canceled prior to shipment with the exception of special order items.


Shortages and damaged products must be reported to East Coast Custom Carts, Inc. within three (3) days of receipt of merchandize. Our customer must initiate claims with the freight company at the time of receipt of goods and include notification on bill of lading.
